This information relates solely to the availability guarantee provided for in Section 39 of the *Consumer Protection Act* (the "Act").

It does not limit or modify the legal warranty provided for by the Act, under which goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are ordinarily intended, in accordance with Section 37 of the Act, and must be usable under normal conditions for a reasonable length of time, in accordance with Section 38 of the Act.
